OUTDOOR Season Practices start Tuesday APRIL 1st, 2025 

Regular  Season Ends June 21st, 2025

Junior Olympic Qualifying after June 21st.

We will train and practice at Farmwell Station Middle School, ASHBURN, VA. in the SPRING. Potomac Falls HS, Sterling, VA in he Summer

PRACTICE DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30PM – 8:15PM, Saturdays 9:30AM-11:15AM

RUNNING EVENTS:

 100M,  200M, 400M, 800M 1500M, 3000M, 4X100M RELAY, 4X400M RELAY

HURDLES: 80M, 100M, 110M

FIELD EVENTS:

Shot Put, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Discus, Javelin, Turbo Javelin

We are the premiere track & field club in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties in Virginia. We are passionate about training athletes ages 6-17 years old to achieve track and field excellence!

We will make sure your athlete gets the individual attention from our coaches to ensure proper running technique, race strategy, and the training needed to gain strength, speed, conditioning, and endurance.
