Winter/Indoor Season Practices start NOVEMBER 5th, Season Ends March 9th, 2025

We will train at Seneca Ridge Middle School, Sterling,  VA.

PRACTICE DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30PM – 8:15PM, Saturdays 9:30AM-11:15AM

RUNNING EVENTS:

 55M, 60M, 200M, 400M, 800M 1500M, 3000M, 4X200M RELAY, 4X400M RELAY

55M HURDLES

FIELD EVENTS:

Shot Put, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump

We are the premiere track & field club in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties in Virginia. We are passionate about training athletes ages 6-17 years old to achieve track and field excellence!

We will make sure your athlete gets the individual attention from our coaches to ensure proper running technique, race strategy, and the training needed to gain strength, speed, conditioning, and endurance.
